SYSTEM ASSESSMENT & ANALYSIS

Provides clients with an objective comparison of their program to current national program standards and components, with specified areas of improvement, resource referrals and a written document outlining recommendations which becomes the foundation for project development.

Based on the organizations needs, CQI, in conjunction with key stakeholders, will design and develop a unique, turnkey, customized program to obtain the best cost-effective, quality outcomes for the organization, capitalizing on existing well-functioning processes, enhancing areas of improvement and creating new processes where needed.

CQI provides training of staff and senior management as part of the process of facilitating program implementation.  In addition, CQI provides a wide range of Educational Seminars for either In House or Community-Wide presentation, offering a cost-effective, convenient alternative to external continuing education options.

Facilitation of the program implementation is a key factor of success and a unique feature of CQI services.  CQI coaches clients throughout the early phases of implementation, encouraging the client and key staff to learn important project management skills and retaining critical implementation knowledge, with appropriate support.

Healthcare organizations are faced with increasingly complex regulatory requirements in order to remain competitive.  CQI provides integrated regulatory and accreditation guidance as a value-added component of every Project implementation.  Additionally, regulatory and accreditation support can be provided as a stand-alone service.

Complicated reporting requirements have created the need for organizations to seek objective assistance in selection of Software products to support regulatory and accreditation documentation.  CQI provides process mapping during Project Implementation to assist organizations in Software selection to support new Programs. CQI also evaluates and maps existing Programs for Software selection assistance.
